By accessing, browsing, or using the Hirvium platform, website (hirvium.com), or any services provided by us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (the "Terms").
If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you are prohibited from accessing or using our services.
2. Ownership & Intellectual Property
Hirvium is an official software product created, owned, and operated by Space Made Code LLC ("Space Made Code").
All rights, titles, and interests in and to the Hirvium platform, including but not limited to software code, website architecture, UI/UX designs, graphics, branding, logos, trademarks, and database structures, are and shall remain the exclusive property of Space Made Code LLC.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the platform strictly in accordance with these Terms. No ownership rights are transferred to you under any circumstances.
3. Billing & Licensing
All billing processes, payment collections, subscriptions, pricing structures, invoicing, and commercial transactions regarding Hirvium services are managed, issued, and processed directly by Space Made Code LLC.
By subscribing to any paid plans or licensing tiers of Hirvium, you agree to make timely payments to Space Made Code LLC in accordance with the billing terms and subscription agreements specified during purchase.
4. User Accounts & Use
To access certain features of the platform, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to maintain the security of your account credentials.
You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account. If you suspect any unauthorized use of your credentials, you must notify us immediately at info@hirvium.com.
5. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:
- Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or copy the source code of the Hirvium platform.
- Using automated systems (bots, spiders, scrapers) to extract data from the platform.
- Engaging in any behavior that interferes with or disrupts the security, integrity, or performance of our services.
- Bypassing or attempting to bypass security checks or anti-cheat mechanisms.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Space Made Code LLC, its affiliates, directors, employees, or licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the platform.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms.
8. Governing Law
These Terms and all matters arising out of or relating to them shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without giving effect to any principles of conflict of laws.
Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, United States, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
